Izabella Hearn: over 30 years’ experience in ELT - the past 20 years involved in teacher training throughout the world. An NLP practitioner she has developed creative techniques in the classroom based on her research in this area. Publications include Fun English, (Pearson Longman 2002) and English Adventure (Pearson Longman 2004). Her academic responsibilities include teaching Strategies for Communication in the Classroom and The development of intercultural competence.
